The new generation of the FLY range, initiated by the 47 FLY, has already won an enthusiastic reception from the public during its presentation at the 2019 Cannes Boat Show.
The ABSOLUTE 60 FLY – New Generation was officially presented at Cannes Yachting Festival in 2021. For the first time, the Absolute Yachts shipyard is offering a new exterior configuration with a completely restyled cockpit and a very modern line. This new design is a departure from the old models in the range, but hits very hard by completely reinventing the look of its boats.
In any case, this is a very notable arrival for the ABSOLUTE YACHTS shipyard which once again arouses great interest for its know-how which continues to develop: the new ABSOLUTE generation promises to make a name for itself, and to impose a completely new concept of Yacht.
A new exterior layout, the “Cockpit Terrace”
The new 60 FLY completely redistributes the cards in the 60-feet market by presenting new exterior curves, but above all by reinventing the layout of the decks. On board this wonderful Yacht, we discover a deep, very open and unobstructed cockpit offering a totally incredible panoramic view over the sea. The furniture is modular, everyone can install the different sofas as they wish. At the aft, but also on both sides, electric blinds are installed to guarantee the privacy in the cockpit. This atmosphere, both subdued and shaded, allows you to enjoy this new cockpit differently.
This cockpit terrace can be fitted out as a comfortable outdoor salon, but also as a reception place by installing a pretty dining table.
The hydraulic bathing platform is spacious and the glass rear allows an impressive gain in volume. Two sun loungers can be installed under a pretty awning: comfort is clearly there. Access to the cockpit is double, with two staircases on starboard and port sides secured by beautiful stainless-steel handrails. The central opening at the aft provides direct access to the crew cabin which can accommodate up to two single beds and a bathroom with WC. This fourth cabin can also accommodate a washing machine – tumble dryer combined, in order to free up space at the lower deck reserved for the guests.
At the bow, an enjoyable sunbathing area with a sofa and a pretty teak table; this space is conducive to relaxation and escape. ABSOLUTE makes it a point of honour to maintain an indisputable comfort while offering a panoramic view from each living space on board of this very successful unit.
The FLY is also a good surprise on this 60 feet. With a double steering station located on port side, the volumes still colossal and offer different, very distinct and always very appreciable spaces. A very large sunbathing place on the starboard bow, a comfortable layout for enjoying a meal is situated in the center of the FLY on the starboard side, facing a well-equipped outdoor galley.
The aft FLY can be equipped with the same modular sofas to those offered for the aft cockpit. This third relaxation area on the same deck is very appreciable, especially on a 60 feet unit. A retractable electric blind guarantees a perfectly shaded area for this aft FLY zone. The Hard Top, for its part, can be furnished with optional photovoltaic solar panels.
A fluid and revisited interior layout for optimal comfort, ABSOLUTE does not do half measures.
Generally, the interior layout of this new 60 FLY marks a major turning point for the ABSOLUTE brand. Here clearly begins a new concept of boat and a very modern innovation which offers luxury services that are usually found on units of more than 20 meters.
Largely spacious, the main deck is also bathed of light. No matter what space you are in, everything reminds you of tranquillity and calm. The interior is light, soft and the finishes are of high quality and this is also what makes Absolute excellent. The galley is spacious, it occupies a central position opening onto both the cockpit terrace and the inside salon. In front of this galley you can choose a pretty storage unit that perfectly blends into the interior design, or a dining table.
Following on, the salon is warm, welcoming et very comfortable. The fabrics are quality and leathers incredible. Depending on your layout choice in front of the galley, your salon will either be a quiet and relaxing place with a beautiful sofa and a coffee table facing the TV; a beautiful space that can be converted into a pretty dining room.
Access to the cabins is still central, but serves the lower deck differently compared to the old model. A big novelty on these new fittings, the master cabin is situated at the bow and therefore occupies a slightly higher level compared to the other guest cabins. The suite is impressive, very luminous and this elevated position perfectly shapes the panoramic view. Very elegant, this cabin is a pure marvel and is sure to seduce particularly with its huge portholes on each side. The pretty bathroom located at the stern, has a delicate and very refined decoration. This magnificent owner’s cabin has the layout of the Navetta 64, an incredible service especially when being on board a FLY type unit.
The 60 FLY offers a total of three guest cabins. The VIP cabin is just as breathtaking, its new layout does not go unnoticed, ABSOLUTE has worked with many bold new ideas to offer a warm, comfortable and modern cabin. Behind the wardrobe, a huge storage space has its place to store your luggage, for example, and all kinds of bulkier items. The TWIN cabin combines all the expected qualities, and benefits from the daytime bathroom located in the cabin corridor.
Remember that this 60 FLY promised to be Spectacular, and the result is there down to the smallest details.
